If you have an insurance plan for which I am not an in-network provider,

please contact them to find out what your out-of-network benefits are.

I will gladly give you a completed claim form to submit for reimbursement of the full session fee, collected at the time of service.

Fee Schedule

The self-pay rate for those not using insurance is

$150 per clinical hour, which is defined as 55 minutes. This includes the diagnostic assessment (or intake) and ensuing psychotherapy sessions.

Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or a Health Savings Account.
